It’s not what you think.
What started as an idea for a fixer-upper, soon took on a life of its own.
Walking into this apartment for the first time a couple of months ago sent me into a wild case of allergic reactions-who knew I was allergic to poor maintenance and years of nicotine stains.
But I ended up not walking away. Instead I looked at the opportunities that allowed me to imagine a new life for the space. Over the next several weeks, I created a few options that would capitalize on the sunlight and efficiencies in layout.
